Welcome to Living the Eucharist
Living the Eucharist is a new, parish-based program designed to help revitalize parish life and spirituality through a more profound experience of Sunday Mass. It helps the entire parish - adults, teens, and families - grow in their Catholic faith and live more fully as disciples of Jesus.
Living the Eucharist runs the 6 weeks of Lent. Parishioners can take part in adult and teen faith-sharing groups and family activities.
Adults will be invited to join a small faith-sharing group. They meet once a week during the 6 weeks of Lent to learn about and discuss the true meaning of the Mass. Watch for sign up sheets on the parish bulletin board.
Teens will be invited to join the youth group meeting held on Thursday evenings. The format is a short video and discussion how you can grow closer to God through the Eucharist. Patrick, our youth coordinator, will lead this group with the help of other adults.
Families can participate at home. Families with children gather in their homes once a week duirng Lent and using the Family Activity Booklet can learn about the Eucharist, talk about the gospel reading and discover ways to live the Eucharist as a family.
The parish will be offering sign up sheets to join a small group or you may order the material and do your own study of the scripture reading in your home. All families are invited to order the family booklet to connect your household to the Eucharist.
