Sacramental Preparation (First Reconciliation & First Communion Preparation)

Children who are in the second grade and above, who have been baptized, can begin preparing for their sacraments. Preparation for First Reconciliation begins in October. Preparation for First Communion begins in January with the sacrament being celebrated the first Saturday in May.

Honoring the vital role of parents in the development of their children's faith, the preparation is done within the home with monthly family meetings.  Religion classes, whether in school or Faith Formation, are to support and augment what happens in the home.  The text books used are selected to fulfill this support.

Registration and a copy of your child's Baptismal Certificate are required.
