Development at St. John's can be best described as the meaningful involvement and engagement of people in our mission and vision for the future. Development is a process to build relationships and connections so that we truly have an engaged community. Development is a process to live out stewardship in all of our ministries.

The development office is responsible for:

*Increasing the endowment funds to a minimum of $10,000,000 through planned giving
*Alumni relations, including reunions and the annual newsletter
*School annual appeal
*Parish offertory process
*Strategic planning
*Capital campaigns
*Fundraising planning and oversight
