St. John's Catholic Community Foundation, in concert with St. John's Catholic Church and School, has hired a well-respected estate planning consultant to meet with anyone who would like estate planning assistance. The rules around planned giving and the tax benefits change rapidly, with some exciting new opportunities to "give it twice." The Foundation offers a hosted workshop twice a year to introduce basic concepts and arrange for private, confidential consulting. Confidentiality is critical to the process, and having an independent consultant available means your wishes can be explored without obligation or concern.
